Student Bursary

The Rosses Credit Union wishes to support our student members by offering financial assistance to those who are entering full time further education and training for the first time in order to help them achieve their academic goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for five of our student members who are entering third level education for the first time in 2026 to win a bursary of €2,000, which they will receive as a payment of €500 each academic year.

Completed forms to be returned to us by email or post by Friday 4th September.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The Bursary Award is open to applications from members who join The Rosses Credit Union before 1st September 2026.
2. Only one application per student is permissible.
3. Students must show evidence of acceptance on the course and evidence of continuing the course each year in order to receive each yearly payment.
4. The bursary recipients will be determined by a draw in the presence of an independent adjudicator.
5. The bursary shall be deposited into the recipient’s credit union account.
6. The decision of the Board of Directors of The Rosses Credit Union is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
7. Completed application forms should be returned to The Rosses Credit Union no later than 5pm on Friday 4th September 2026.
8. Recipients will be notified by telephone or by email and may be required to attend any publicity & promotional events arranged by The Rosses Credit Union.
9. Incomplete application forms will be deemed invalid.
